actually, the legend is based on factual info.  it's based on 15th century prince vlad the impaler/vlad tepes or simply dracula (bram stoker novel) of romania who was born in transylvania........... and his first wife........then his second wife countess llona. ;) :) 8)

his first wife jumped to her death because of fear from the enemies of their kingdom when it was attacked while vlad the impaler was away.  his wife was known to be a woman of innocence and beauty who bore a heart of gold.  vlad was so heart broken that he didn't marry for the longest until he met his second wife.  and one of their two sons was named vlad dracula. ;) :) 8)
