We know that youre friends with them. Can you please tell them to learn to reply on their customers? Weve been waiting for 6 balikbayan boxes sent on Nov 2014! They dont answer any of our inquiries. We've contacted customs and they said that they released our packages a long time ago.. We already filed a complaint on DTI about this fraud freight forwarder to them to investigate if what took so long to deliver it from us. Please help us. They have time to post on things on facebook but they donthave time to reply or answer any of our calls. Shame. They are Filipinos and what they are scamming are of the same race!

OMG, ganun po ba? sige kukulitin ko sila, the last time i talked to the guys kasi like last month, he said na kulang lang talaga ang pangtustos ng pag claim sa Cebu customs kasi ang mahal na talaga per container na babayaran

Yes.. Please help us. Thank you so much. Our relatives were so devasted because they trusted them for being Filipino and Boholano.. Our last talk to them was last month.. They said that the owner is fixing the October 2014 shippings so we aimed that by the end of April, they will deliver the box but nothing came. Thank you so much sir! God bless..

Is it possible not to deliver our boxes for 7 months now? Dont they know that by just not delivering our boxes on time would cause them a minimum of FORTY THOUSAND PESO FINE?!
