i searched the web and i found edreams.net website and i was able to purchase our tickets because if you purchase thru cebupacificair.com directly and you live abroad, you will have a hard time purchasing.
Oh well, maybe if you live locally, it must be easier because you can call Cebu Pacific directly for bookings, they don't have an international toll numbers to book and purchase.
So, just surf the net and if possible, click edreams.net They accept Mastercard and Visa only.
