Last October 26, Sunday, the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) held their annual Halloween fundraiser at Century City Mall in Makati City. It was dubbed "Scaredy Cats and Dogs," and was on its 11th year.
"There were 136 entries!," Anna Cabrera, executive director of PAWS, told Yahoo Philippines.
The program was hosted by Chico Garcia and Patricia Bermudez-Hizon. Celebrity judges were Tom Rodriguez, Carla Abellana, and Tim Yap.
"We had a tough time deliberating because there were so many good costumes!" Abellana, who is also PAWS' celebrity spokesperson, said. "We felt a bit sad that we could not give awards to all of them."
