The Year 11 St Ursula's College student was named First Runner Up and Charity Queen at this year's national Face of the Globe pageant.
She will now join nine other Australian women as they compete in London and Paris next April.
Miss Martin said she was ecstatic with the results of the national pageant.
"I'm still so happy. I couldn't stop smiling for three days," she said.
"I am beyond excited to be heading overseas because it is an opportunity of a lifetime.
"It's going to be very life changing for me to not only represent Toowoomba but Australia as well."
The Face of the Globe competition is a beauty pageant where teens and adults from all over the world compete in interview and beauty sections.
One of the most important elements of the competition is to raise money for the Rainbow Child Foundation.
Miss Martin raised $8340 and said the fundraising element was the main reason she applied.
"The charity work is something that definitely inspires me and I love knowing I can make a difference," she said.
"You get a real humble feeling from doing charity work and it is something I would love to do more of in the future."
Miss Martin will hold fundraising events over the next few months to raise more money for the Rainbow Child Foundation.
