If you just can't get yourself to go to the gym, you probable need some motivation as you obviously don't have any at the moment. Because without motivation none of us would be exercising. Workouts will tighten and tone the whole body

5. Meet new people
It gives you an opportunity to meet new people and maybe even make a new friend

6. Lose some weight
You will definitely lose some weight from regular exercise

7. Reduce your risk of heart disease, obesity and other
Your risk for obesity, heart disease and other diseases will be lowered as well your chance of getting osteoporosis.

8. More fun than exercising alone
Exercising in a group environment will boost your morale and it will be more fun.

9. Ensure that you meet your fitness goals
Going to a gym will ensure that you meet and achieve your fitness goals and the competitive environment will also boost your workouts.

10. Let you challenge yourself
You have the opportunity to increase your strength and your fitness. SO each workout is an opportunity to challenge yourself. You are probable super excited and ready to start with your new gym routine. When you do, remember to probable warm up before exercise and to stretch all the muscles worked afterwards.
